Should I bring or ship the keyboard before receiving a quote?
No. Start with the enquiry. Do not move hardware until the scope, inspection needs, and handover or delivery arrangement are confirmed.
Can the service include parts sourcing?
It can when suitable parts are available. The quote separates ForgeKeys-supplied items, customer-provided items, labour, and the relevant warranty route.
